RETURNS/EXCHANGES:  Customized/personalized/embroidered items are not returnable.  We will exchange sizes of in stock items if we are notified within 7 days and the item is in brand new condition. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

ITEM AVAILABILITY:  If an item becomes backordered, you will be notified and given the option of receiving a prompt full refund or to wait for the item to restock.
